On November 11, 1989, I drove to the Federal Republic of Germany for the
first time. I drove with my parents in the Dacia to Neu-Ulm to see
Christine and Frieder Kuhn. On November 12, 1989, we were even able to
collect our welcome money from the Neu-Ulm municipality. On November 12,
1989, we drove back home. Saturday, November 11, 1989 was a normal
school day at the EOS Karl Marx, and I received a letter of apology from
my parents for missing class.

Remember, western money or welcome money will not be available until 9
a.m. on November 10th at the earliest. In eastern Germany, there are
only East German marks. Anyone who collects their welcome money from the
Sparkasse Chemnitz ATM from tomorrow, November 10th, has screwed up.
Strictly speaking, welcome money will not be available in Neu-Ulm until
November 12th. This also applies to the fraudsters from Cologne, who
were never East Germans. However, it is possible that at this time all
